Just stopping in real quick today to let you know I’ve got a guest post up on the super cool blog A Cup of Jo! They wanted a super, super simple un-cooked dessert recipe and because it’s spring up there in the States I simply couldn’t go past the beautiful combination of juicy ripe strawberries macerated in orange and served with freshly whipped vanilla cream. Thankfully here in Perth we have strawberries nearly all year around anyway. (There’s even a few growing out back in our garden!).
