Orange strawberries + vanilla cream recipe- A guest post for A CUP OF JO!

Just stopping in real quick today to let you know I've got a guest post up on the super cool blog A Cup of Jo! They wanted a super, super simple un-cooked dessert recipe and because it's spring up there in the States I simply couldn't go past the beautiful combination of juicy ripe strawberries macerated in orange and served with freshly whipped vanilla cream. Thankfully here in Perth we have strawberries nearly all year around anyway. (There's even a few growing out back in our garden!).

Also a little note for my Australian readers, are having a cookbook sale and until the end of this week are selling my cookbook for a measly $26.24! Simply click here, sign up as a citizen (free) and enter the code BW-COOKING at the checkout to buy at this crazily good price. Get in quick though, sale ends Sunday.

I'm hoping to stop by again early next week with a new post before I head off to the States on Tuesday... have a great weekend!

What a great easy recipe, especially for summer when you don't want to have the oven on. Will have to keep it in mind for next year as unfortunately strawberries don't stick around long here!
